3. Booking and Payment Terms

3.1 Booking Process

  • All bookings are subject to availability
  • A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or agreed deposit
  • We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion

3.2 Payment

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed
  • We accept major credit cards and bank transfers
  • All prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable
  • Prices are subject to change without notice until booking is confirmed

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1 Cancellation by Customer

  • Cancellations must be made in writing
  • Cancellation fees may apply depending on the timing of cancellation
  • Cancellations made 30+ days before travel: Full refund minus 10% administration fee
  • Cancellations made 15-29 days before travel: 50% refund
  • Cancellations made less than 15 days before travel: No refund

4.2 Cancellation by Company

We reserve the right to cancel any tour due to insufficient bookings, adverse weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will provide a full refund or alternative arrangements.

5. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance. EquaScris Holidays is not responsible for any losses, injuries, or damages that could be covered by travel insurance.

6. Liability and Responsibilities

6.1 Our Responsibilities

  • Provide services with reasonable skill and care
  • Ensure all services are delivered as described in our brochures and website
  • Provide assistance in case of difficulties during travel

6.2 Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information for bookings
  • Arrive punctually for tours and activities
  • Follow instructions from tour guides and staff
  • Respect local customs and regulations
  • Ensure fitness for planned activities

6.3 Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for our services. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages. Our liability does not extend to services provided by third parties.

7. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, strikes, or pandemic restrictions.

8. Intellectual Property
